The most common reason for systems to stop is that the battery dies on the sensor. If your system stops working, replace the battery, then unplug and replug the receiver back in.
After that, check to make sure your receiver was not damaged by a power surge or lightning strike. Unplug and replug the receiver.
Next, has anything changed in the environment between the transmitter and the receiver? Did you move the sensor or receiver?
If basic troubleshooting does not help, give us a call!
Most of the systems we carry here are expandable in three ways.
- additional receivers
- additional transmitters (sensors)
- add-on accessories
